Two men have been nabbed on allegations of being found in possession of human body parts at Sorgin Trading Centre in Nsanje.
An eyewitness Jessica Naison says a man arrested at Sorgin Police Roadblock was in possession of a human head and female parts.
” It remains unclear as from where the body parts were acquired,” she said.
Nsanje Police spokesperson, Agnes Zalakoma confirms the issue and identifies as he suspects as Ekson Bima, 20 and Jestade Tipa, 35 both from Masanduko village in Chief Ngabu in Chikwawa.
She says they first arrested Bima.
“Police detectives made a joint investigation which has led to the arrest of the second suspect,” said the publicist.
Meanwhile, the case has been handed over to Ngabu Police for further investigations pending charges of murder.
