The thrill of promotion is within reach for Ekhaya, as they inch closer to securing a spot in the coveted Super League. With only two games remaining in the season, the team needs just two points to seal their qualification.
Head Coach Moses Chavula remains calm and focused, insisting that there is no pressure mounting on the team. “We take it one game at a time,” he said. Our plan has always been to play in the Super League, and we’re confident that we’ll achieve our goal.”
Ekhaya’s impressive performance this season has seen them dominate the log table, with 28 points from 12 games. Their closest rivals, Red Lions, trail behind with 23 points from the same number of games.
As Ekhaya prepares to face their next opponents, the team’s momentum and determination are palpable. With the finish line in sight, they’re more determined than ever to cross it and claim their rightful place in the Super League.
