As the Malawi Congress Party (MCP) prepares for its upcoming convention, the spotlight is on key figures who are shaping the party’s future. Among them are President Lazarus Chakwera, the Commander in Chief of Malawi, and Richard Chimwendo Banda, the Leader of the House.

In a recent photo, Chakwera and Banda are seen together, symbolizing their prominent roles in the party’s strategic planning and leadership. Chakwera, who has been at the helm of the MCP, is expected to play a crucial role in guiding the party’s direction during the convention. His leadership will be pivotal as the party addresses key issues and sets its agenda for the future.
