Bucci set to release new song ‘Wofo’ on January 23

RnB artist Mabuchi Mkandawire popularly known as ‘Bucci’ in music circles, has disclosed that he will release his new single ‘Wofo (Soft Life)’ on 23rd January, 2023.
In a press statement released on Wednesday evening, the musician said the new song will continue to highlight issues affecting Malawians in their everyday life.
The statement reads, “Following the ever growing success and impact of “Apapa”, Wofo Media House is proud to present Bucci’s newest single. This track continues to highlight the lives of the everyday Malawian. Bridging the gap between different communities through music, dance and joy.”
The song has been produced by Patrick Manyozo and his elder brother Percy popularly known as Tricky Beats and Propee respectively.
Bucci started his music journey in 2006 with a Chilomoni based group called G-soldiers, alongside the likes of Onesimus and others .
In 2008, he joined BBm Clique, a gospel band, and later got signed under Nde’feyo Entertainment before moving to Transformers Music.
In his career, the musician who also doubles as an Actor, has worked with a number of big names in the country’s music industry and has since released hit songs like Umbombo, Fever, Gijima which he featured Zani Challe and Apapa which is currently enjoying airplay in most radio and television stations.
